What is Included
A complete inspection includes a non invasive visual examination of the building from top to bottom.
The purpose of the home inspection is to provide the client with information regarding the general condition of the building(s), cosmetic and aesthetic conditions shall not be considered. A full home inspection report provides written documentation of material defects discovered in the inspected building’s systems and components which, in the opinion of the inspector, are safety hazards, and are not functioning properly or appear to be at the ends of their service lives. The report may include the certified home inspector’s recommendations for correction or further evaluation.
How Long Will it Take?
In most cases, the average condo inspection takes about one hour. The average home inspection takes about two hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. A comprehensive computer generated inspection report (with pictures) is provided within two business days of completion of the property inspection. In most cases two CREIA certified home inspectors will be on site to expedite your inspection.
